En tant que Key Account Manager sur la Catégorie Voyage (Hôtellerie, clubs de vacances, résidences, parcs de loisirs) et rattaché au Head Of Sales de votre pôle, votre rôle est de développer le chiffre d’affaires sur votre périmètre et apporter toujours plus de valeur produit et satisfaction aux membres Showroomprive.

Ainsi, vous aurez pour principales missions :

  • Le sourcing de nouveaux partenaires essentiellement axés sur l'Hôtellerie, clubs de vacances, résidences, parcs de loisirs (une connaissance du marché serait un plus)

  • La fidélisation et le développement de partenaires en établissant un relationnel fort avec les interlocuteurs clefs et en construisant une collaboration win/win

  • Le pilotage d'un planning de ventes flashs le plus attrayant possible pour les membres tout en intégrant les contraintes commerciales / partenaires

  • L'animation du travail des assistants commerciaux qui produisent les ventes et aident l'account manager à évaluer et sélectionner les offres

  • La sélection et négociation des offres

  • L'analyse et l'optimisation de votre activité et le partage des bilans post-vente

  • La construction d’un plan d’action commercial annuel avec un objectif de croissance, permettant ainsi une visibilité sur le planning à moyen terme

  • Le suivi et support de votre activité auprès de nombreux interlocuteurs internes : Service client, comptabilité, merchandising / marketing, tech



Idéalement issu d’une formation supérieure (Bac+4/5) de type Université et/ou Ecole de Commerce, vous disposez minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine des achats et/ou commercial et avez idéalement une vraie expertise de votre secteur.

Doté d’un fort goût pour la négociation et la prospection.

Une connaissance des marchés et/ou : Hôtellerie, clubs de vacances, résidences, parcs de loisirsserait un vrai plus

Votre rigueur, votre capacité à convaincre ainsi que votre sens des responsabilités seront autant d'atouts qui vous permettront d’évoluer dans un secteur à fort potentiel au sein d’une entreprise en pleine croissance.

Nous recherchons pour ce poste une personne rigoureuse, tenace et déterminée, dotée de qualités relationnelles et commerciales. Autonome, vous disposez d’un bon esprit d’analyse et d’un excellent relationnel. Les différents leviers de fidélisation de fournisseurs n’ont plus de secret pour vous.

Vous maitrisez parfaitement l’anglais et idéalement une seconde langue (espagnol, italien).
