Malou aide à booster la visibilité des restaurants grâce à son outil. Nous exploitons la technologie et l'expertise pour soutenir la croissance des restaurants.

L'acquisition de clients se fait désormais en ligne pour les restaurants. Ils doivent être visibles et attrayants sur de nombreuses plateformes, mais cela nécessite du temps et de l'expertise qu'ils n'ont pas. Nous aidons les restaurants à atteindre leurs objectifs depuis 2018 Nous avons autofinancé l'entreprise pendant 4 ans, en construisant une entreprise rentable et experte. Ensuite, nous avons levé des fonds pour accélérer, développer un solide logiciel en tant que service (SaaS) et étendre l'entreprise à l'étranger. L'efficacité financière reste ancrée dans notre ADN.

Nous servons plus de 2000 restaurants dans 14 pays et avons triplé notre chiffre d'affaires l'année dernière. Nous prévoyons de répéter cette croissance de +300 % en 2024.

Missions

Ton quotidien de Sales Development Representative sera de contribuer à l’hyper-croissance de Malou.

En tant que SDR, ton rôle sera de générer un maximum d'opportunités commerciales (100% OUtbounnd).

Identifier, qualifier (30% mail & 70% téléphone) et convaincre les prospects sont les maîtres mots de tes journées.

Au sein de Malou, tu seras responsable de:

  • prospecter et construire un pipeline de vente dans l'optique de générer des leads qualifiés pour nos Business Developer
  • Comprendre les besoins de tes prospects pour leur proposer une solution adaptée
  • Identifier les décideurs clés (Propriétaire restaurant, gérant, responsable marketing, community manager…)
  • Travailler main dans la main avec ton manager pour développer ton pipeline et atteindre tes objectifs mensuels
  • Veiller à enregistrer des données claires et pertinentes de clients potentiels dans Hubspot, notre CRM
  • Echanger avec ton équipe de manière proactive tes idées, best practises.dans le but d'améliorer les process de Malou


Profil

  • Tu n’as pas peur de décrocher le téléphone car il sera ton meilleur allié
  • Tu as une aisance relationnelle : pour te permettre de nouer des liens forts en externe avec les clients comme en interne avec les équipes
  • Tu es KPI’s driven Les actions c’est bien mais il faut pouvoir les quantifier pour les analyser
