Notre client est un cabinet de conseil spécialisé dans la recherche d’économies et l’accompagnement RH avec une expertise multisectorielle. Afin d'accompagner sa forte croissance, il cherche à recruter deux Sales Development Representative -B2B H/F basés à Paris.
Directement rattaché au Manager Commercial, tu seras en charge de :
- Créer et développer d’un portefeuille de prospects sur le secteur confié,
- Identifier les personnes-clés des clients majeurs afin d’élaborer et nourrir la cartographie des comptes majeurs,
- Prendre des rendez-vous qualifiés par téléphone pour les commerciaux itinérants de la région auprès des décideurs (DG, DRH, DAF),
- Participer à la commercialisation de nouvelles offres : création de pitch, script commercial, identification des objections, etc.
- Assurer une veille sur les actualités de nos clients et prospects,
- Participer aux échanges avec les associés et l’équipe commerciale de façon régulière (réunions, reporting, campagnes, etc.)
De formation supérieure commerciale (Bac+2 à Bac+5), tu justifies d'une première expérience réussie dans la vente par téléphone auprès de clients B2B.
Passionné(e) par la vente, tu as un tempérament de chasseur(se) et tu es orienté(e) résultat.
Intéressé(e) par l’univers du conseil, tu as une parfaite maitrise de la langue française.
Enfin, tu n’as pas peur de décrocher le téléphone et tu es très à l’aise à l’oral.
Une connaissance de l’outil Salesforce est un plus
