The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Business Development Representative to join our fast-paced xDR team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales Ops and Enablement to refine and update processes and courses
- Utilize Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Nav to track and report sales activities and results
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian and Spanish languages
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Nav
- Strong problem-solving and perseverance skills in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
Bonus Points:
- Previous experience at a similar stage (over 10,000 customers, $50-300M ARR range)
- Good understanding of working with Google Office Suite
