Work Hours:

CEST time - Paris

Morning: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Afternoon/Evening: 1:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Although candidates can apply from anywhere on the globe, they must be available for this position at CEST times.


Responsibilities:


-Passenger Manifests: Accurately create and send passenger manifests to assigned tour guides.

-Customer Check-ins: Manage customer check-ins throughout the day using our API software (Bokun).

-Tour Guide Assignments: Assign tour guides on different time slots based on their performance and customer reviews

- Coordinate with tour guides to ensure they are aware of their schedules and any changes.

-Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, refund requests, and provide assistance via chat, email, and call. Assist customers in finding meeting points over the phone, using pictures and other resources.

-Expense Tracking: Collect and organize vouchers and receipts daily to monitor company spending.

-Payroll Preparation: Gather monthly invoices to assist with payroll processing.

-Ticket Management: Track and manage necessary ticket purchases for tours.

- Occasionally : Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and events for the team, handle any emergencies or last-minute changes, such as cancellations or unexpected issues during tours.

- Assist in onboarding new team members by providing necessary information and support.

- Manage company email inboxes

-For travel agents : Answer their requests and provide detailed quotes for various services.


Qualifications:


  • Language Proficiency: Native-level English (Mandatory)
  • Additional Language Skills: Spanish and/or French (Preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree minimum in relevant field
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the tourism industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience with customer service and booking management ( Mandatory)
  • Knowledge about Paris and French culture are appreciated
  • Freelance status preferred
  • Experience with API softwares such as Bokun, and Tripadvsor/ Viator is highly appreciated


Position Type: Remote

3 months initial contract, possibility of working full time with a long-term contract later if the candidate wishes to and if approved by the company.

Candidates will be given an Employee Handbook, and will be required to have their own computer and phone for this position.
