Pour cela, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire passionné(e) par le business développement et le secteur nautique.
Missions principales :
En tant que Business Développeur Stagiaire, vous aurez pour mission de participer activement à la croissance de notre réseau de partenaires. Sous la supervision de l’équipe commerciale, vous aurez l’opportunité de contribuer à des projets stratégiques avec une dimension internationale. Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :
1. Identification et prospection de partenaires :
Cibler et identifier de nouveaux partenaires potentiels (distributeurs, prestataires, entreprises du secteur nautique, etc.) sur le marché national, puis européen.
Participer à la création d'une base de données de prospects et assurer un suivi rigoureux des contacts.
2. Développement du réseau de partenaires :
Approcher et convaincre des partenaires de rejoindre notre réseau.
Construire des relations solides et durables avec les acteurs clés du marché.
Participer à la négociation de contrats et d’accords de partenariats.
3. Veille concurrentielle et analyse de marché :
Réaliser des études de marché pour identifier les opportunités de croissance et anticiper les tendances du secteur.
Assurer une veille concurrentielle sur les nouvelles offres et initiatives des concurrents.
4. Soutien à la stratégie de développement international :
Contribuer à l’élaboration de la stratégie d’expansion en Europe.
Participer à l'organisation d'événements commerciaux (salons, forums, etc.) et représenter l'entreprise lors de ces rencontres.
5. Gestion de projets :
Proposer des idées innovantes pour améliorer nos processus de développement.
Suivre et analyser les performances des partenariats établis afin d’optimiser leur impact.
Profil recherché :
Étudiant(e) en école de commerce, d’ingénieur ou formation équivalente avec une spécialisation en commerce international, gestion, ou business développement.
Fort intérêt pour le secteur nautique et/ou l'industrie maritime.
Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.
Esprit entrepreneurial et goût pour le challenge.
Autonomie, organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle.
Aisance relationnelle et capacité à développer des relations durables.
Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais, la maîtrise d’une autre langue européenne est un plus.
