Afin d’accélérer et de diversifier l’offre Cloud & Infrastructure d’Experis France, nous recherchons un Sales Director France Cloud & infrastructures (H/F) pour incarner commercialement notre expertise et stratégie commerciale auprès de nos prospects et clients nationaux. Dans ce contexte, vous définirez la stratégie commerciale à adopter pour répondre à notre ambition de croissance dans ce domaine en pleine expansion.


Dans ce contexte, vous serez en charge de :

  • Développer des stratégies de vente et de croissance pour augmenter les revenus et atteindre les objectifs de rentabilité attendus sur le Cloud et l’Infrastructure.
  • Accélérer l’identification et l’exploitation de nouvelles opportunités de croissance Cloud & Infrastructures sur la base d’un CA déjà présent.
  • Participer à la mise en place de nouvelles offres en lien direct avec les besoins clients.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour assurer des prestations de services d’expertise.
  • Cultiver des relations solides avec nos clients actuels et potentiels, en veillant à leur satisfaction et fidélisation.
  • Encadrer un Sales Specialist dédié à la practice Cloud & Infrastructure, en assurant son développement et sa réussite.
  • Surveiller et analyser les indicateurs de performance commerciale, en mettant en place des mesures correctives lorsque nécessaire.
  • Assurer une veille des tendances du marché du Cloud et de l’Infrastructure pour adapter les stratégies commerciales en conséquence.



EXPERIENCE :

  • Expérience avérée dans la vente de solutions cloud et d'infrastructure, idéalement dans un rôle de direction commerciale.
  • Excellentes compétences en leadership et en animation d'équipe.
  • Forte capacité à élaborer et à exécuter des stratégies commerciales efficaces.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.
  • Orienté résultats, avec une capacité démontrée à atteindre et à dépasser les objectifs de vente.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à collaborer efficacement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.
