One of our global diagnostic clients are seeking a Customer Operations Representative to support their ground breaking work in Lyon.
The Client
We are currently supporting a global consultancy company & leading diagnostics company who outsource projects to Pharmaceutical & Biotech Companies. They also possess some of the best technology & equipments in the industry. We have placed a number of contractors and permanent employees and they have been very positive in regards to the company.
The Role
They are currently in search of a Customer Operations Representative to be onsite in Lyon.
If successful you will be responsible for the planning of the interventions required on the contracted and sometimes non-contracted instruments, the organization, coordination and invoicing related to this. It would also include to understand and process the client's service requests, Collect supplier bids and place required orders Correct execution of the contract and Plan preventive and/or curative maintenance
The Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with customer service focused background in a lab environment or just administrative backgrounds in Sales Admin roles or Procurement / Logistics.
