As part of our commitment to enhancing customer success, we are looking for a Customer Support L2 Specialist to join our vibrant team.

In this pivotal role within our Customer Service division, you will be instrumental in enriching the experience of our clients as they navigate our innovative CRM platform.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to our esteemed clients through various communication channels.
  • Utilize your technical knowledge to resolve intricate inquiries from customers or first-line support, ensuring prompt solutions or effective escalation to the relevant teams.
  • Collaborate proactively with our Research and Development team to identify and implement innovative solutions, enhancing the functionality and user experience of our CRM application.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our CRM platform.
  • Share your technical expertise with the first-line support team, assisting in the resolution of escalated issues.

Qualifications:

  • A hands-on approach with a solid understanding of CRM and marketing solutions is advantageous.
  • Fluency in French is required, along with a good command of English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
  • This is a full-time, hybrid position.
