Au sein de la Direction Marketing & Communication, rattaché(e) au Head of Product Marketing, ta mission est de développer et piloter l'offre Bourse chez BforBank.

Tes missions principales sont les suivantes :

Tu seras en charge d'animer notre offre actuelle et de construire une nouvelle offre.

  • Définition de l'offre marketing :

Identifier les besoins & les leviers d'opportunités sur le marché de la bourse afin de proposer la meilleure offre ;
- Définir la value proposition du produit, sa politique de pricing, son positionnement et son messaging
- Définir ses buyers personaes
- Réaliser des recommandations stratégiques
- Réaliser la veille concurrentielle
- Gérer la documentation contractuelle : mise à jour, publication, communication
- Gérer les relations avec nos partenaires
- En collaboration avec les équipes marketing & com, participer à la conception des supports de communications (emailings, fiches produits...)
- Collaborer activement au sein de la squad bourse sur les parcours digitaux en portant l'offre et l'expertise du produit
- Définir et piloter la stratégie de lancement pour les nouvelles offres

  • Animation commerciale :

Définir et mettre en place des plans d'action pour développer le PNB de BforBank sur les produits bourse
- Proposer un plan d'animation commerciale
- Piloter l'activité : reporting, analyse de la rentabilité des produits (P&L et Business Plans), propositions et mise en œuvre de plans d'ajustement
- Assurer la formation des équipes sales en interne pour les lancements d'offres
Partenariats

  • Piloter les relations avec les partenaires :

Identifier de nouveaux partenaires pour développer de nouvelles offres
- Être en soutien d'information des autres directions sur les fonctionnalités et services des produits

Tu seras le(la) référent(e) BforBank pour toute question relative au produit Bourse.

Ton poste est très transverse et tu seras amené(e) à travailler avec de nombreuses directions : Product, Juridique, Conformité, Finances, Marketing et Communication.

Le poste est basé à La Défense, dans des locaux flambant neufs
