Quelles sont les missions ?

Votre mission :

La mise en place de la politique commerciale dans l'enseigne concernée :

* Contribuer à la négociation annuelle, à la contractualisation et au déploiement des accords,
* Élaborer un business plan annuel dans le respect des orientations stratégiques de l'entreprise,
* Suivre, analyser les performances de nos catégories puis mettre en place des actions correctrices.

Gestion des différents piliers du plan d'affaires :

* Négocier la diffusion des assortiments, des innovations,
* Garantir, négocier un plan annuel promotionnel,
* Piloter les investissements promotionnels.

Interactions :

* Assurer une excellente collaboration avec vos clients afin de maximiser toutes les opportunités de ventes,
* Mettre en oeuvre les plans d'action en coordonnant les équipes siège et celles du terrain,
* Coopérer étroitement avec le Category Manager enseigne dans le développement commercial de l'enseigne.

Quel est le profil idéal ?

Bac +5 minimum, de type école de commerce ou université,
* Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience,
* Vous avez impérativement occupé une fonction KAM en univers PGC,
* Vous avez travaillé dans les PGC sur le terrain (Chef des Ventes) et/ou siège (Customer Marketing, Mkg),
* Excellente connaissance de la GMS et capacité à créer un maillage clients,
* Business Oriented - forte capacité à négocier,
* Rigueur, ténacité, leadership,
* Bonne résistance au stress et à la pression,
* Capacités d'analyse et de synthèse,
* Niveau d'anglais bilingue.
