Chez Akimbo, le Sales Coach Leader va jouer un rôle décisif dans le développement de la société. Tu seras l'associé en charge de développer et structurer l'offre "Performance" (coaching de commerciaux et managers commerciaux). Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec François (CEO) et les autres responsables d'offre (Alexandre, Gaultier, Sabine).

Tes principales missions seront :

#1 - Coacher nos clients et assurer un NPS >70 sur les missions (env. 60% du temps).

Coacher les commerciaux et managers commerciaux de nos clients sur l'ensemble du cycle de vente B2B. Accompagner les managers à conduire le changement dans leur équipe pour améliorer la performance et améliorer l'engagement. Formaliser et mettre à jour le référentiel de vente de nos clients, ainsi que leurs ressources commerciales en général. Assurer le bon reporting et la bonne communication auprès du client. #2 - Signer de nouveaux clients (30% du temps). Générer des opportunités par différents canaux - visibilité (notamment sur LinkedIn), prospection, partenaires, réseau. Participer à la vente / l'avant-vente pour convertir ces opportunités en clients. Identifier de nouvelles opportunités au sein de nos clients existants. #3 - Renforcer l'expertise et la visibilité d'Akimbo. Recruter, onboarder et coacher ton équipe de Sales Coachs - après quelques mois avec un temps réalloué entre la mission #1 et celle-ci. Créer des actifs internes à forte valeur pour nos clients. Participer à des événements externes pour rendre Akimbo plus visible dans son écosystème Semaine-type Répartition d'une semaine type : Au démarrage : 60% sur les missions clients 30% sur le développement commercial 10% sur la structuration de la BU Après 6 mois : 30% sur les missions clients 40% sur le développement commercial 30% sur la structuration de la BU (en particulier recrutement) Après 9-12 mois : 10% sur les missions clients 50% sur le développement commercial 40% sur la structuration de la BU Place dans l'organisation Report direct au CEO. Collabore avec les autres responsables d'offre (Alexandre, Gaultier, Sabine). Recrute et coache sa propre équipe de Sales Coachs.
