Job Description

As a Senior Sales Leader at Rotork plc, you will be responsible for driving and executing the country's sales delivery in the designated end market sector. You will work collaboratively with other end markets colleagues and functions within Country such as Operations, Engineering, Strategy, Services etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the country to drive and execute the country business plan to deliver Growth+ for Rotork while ensuring safe and legal operations.
  • Manage and coach all sector sales leaders, ensuring their readiness for sales actions and growth.
  • Recruit and develop team members as appropriate, setting clear and measurable objectives and having performance conversations as required.
  • Fulfil wider reporting responsibilities, including performance and sales plans, forecasting and other KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Degree or similar recognized qualification in Engineering or Finance/Accounting.
  • Senior sales experience in manufacturing (industrial engineering ideal) and accompanying proven track record of success, likely gained from 5 to 7 years of experience.
  • Experience of leading others.
  • Knowledge and experience of sales techniques.
  • Ready to travel nationally and internationally as required.
