We are looking for a Sales Enablement Coach to join our team at The William Reed Group. As a key member of our sales enablement team, you will be responsible for coaching and supporting our commercial teams to achieve their sales targets.
Your primary focus will be on developing and delivering coaching programs to support the growth and success of our sales teams.
You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored coaching solutions that meet their requirements.
Key responsibilities include:

- Measuring the effectiveness of coaching programs and identifying areas for improvement
