Dans le cadre de nos activits industrielles, nous recherchons un :
Responsable Industrialisation Produit Electronique PIM (H/F)
Bas(e) Villeurbanne (69)

Mission:
Au sein du dpartement Industrialisation de D&IS France, vous tes en charge de grer lindustrialisation de nos produits lectroniques conformment aux exigences (Indus / Mthodes / Fabrication / Ferroviaire /). Intgr(e) la core team produit, vous grez les produits de leur phase dveloppement en passant par lindustrialisation et la fabrication jusqu leur fin de vie.

Responsabilits:

Piloter les objectifs qualit, cots et dlais (QCD Industriel) des produits au cours de leur cycle de vie et mener les plans dactions appropris (optimisation de la productivit, des cots rcurrents, du lead time) ;
Dfinir les exigences industrielles et les spcifications au niveau de la ligne de produit ;
Manager les lots Industriels et suivre les prototypes en tant que reprsentant pour les mtiers de lindustrialisation (mthodes, test, co-engineering, interface sous-traitants) ;
Etablir puis maintenir le schma industriel de lensemble des produits de sa ligne produit et dfinir le generic Product industrial breakdown structure ;
Grer les produits au niveau de leur industrialisation et de leur fabrication durant leur cycle de vie afin de garantir leur fabrication, rparation (Testeurs, gestion de lobsolescence, gestion des redesign et volutions, PDCA, roadmap produit), gestion de fabrication interne et/ou sous-traite.
Garantir le suivi des produits durant la phase dutilisation (Taux Bon du Premier Coup, lead time de rparation, stratgie sur les spares).

Profil Recherch:
De formation Ingnieur dans le domaine de llectronique / informatique / tlcommunication / industriel, vous disposez d'une exprience minimum de 5 ans sur un poste similaire en gestion de projets ou d'industrialisation de produits lectroniques, et idalement dans le domaine embarqu (Ferroviaire / Aronautique / Automobile);
Forte capacit de coordination et de pilotage, rigueur, gestion des priorits, autonomie et sens du client sont vos principaux atouts pour russir dans cette fonction. Vous tes force de propositions, vous savez challenger des solutions et dfendre vos positions, venez rejoindre notre quipe
Vous matrisez imprativement l'anglais professionnel.
