Missions
Vous aimez tre la pointe des nouvelles technologies et tes passionn(e)s par les systmes embarqus, le technocentre de Villeurbanne est fait pour vous Nous vous proposons de rejoindre un programme de dveloppement des lectroniques prsentes sur nos produits de signalisation la voie.
En tant que Responsable Technique Produit, vous tes rattach(e) au Responsable du Programme TCMS Platform.
Vous y assurez un rle pilier au sein de lorganisation entre l'quipe technique de dveloppement et les diffrences interfaces du programme (clients, programmes contributeurs, fonctions support). Vous avez la responsabilit de piloter et coordonner lensemble des activits techniques.
A ce titre, vos missions principales sont les suivantes:

Fournir les estimations Qualit/Cot/Dlai pour lensemble de lquipe de dveloppement
Grer l'quipe de dveloppement avec l'aide du Responsable Programme tout en assurant le respect des engagements Qualit/Cot/Dlai
Assurer la coordination technique au sein de l'quipe de dveloppement et arbitrer les choix techniques
Assurer la coordination technique avec les diffrents partenaires du dveloppement (fournisseurs et autres programmes)
Assurer la coordination technique avec les clients du dveloppement (quipes Train Control)
Spcifier les caractristiques techniques du produit et s'assurer que le produit rpond aux exigences de performance attendues telles que dfinies dans la Roadmap Produit selon les attentes des systmes utilisateurs
Grer les exigences produit : assurer la traabilit du systme jusqu'au logiciel et matriel en s'assurant que chaque exigence a t prise en compte par la V&V travers le cycle en V de dveloppement
Organiser les revues de dveloppement produit
Grer les instances de livraisons, en termes de configuration de produits, gestion des modifications
tablir et maintenir les diffrentes configurations de baseline, raliser les revues de configuration, piloter les revues de gestion de modifications, en interne et en externe

VOTRE PROFIL:
(H/F) Diplm(e) dune formation Bac 5 de type Ecole dIngnieur ou quivalent universitaire,
Vous tes fort(e) dune premire exprience significative dans un environnement forte technicit (premier emploi en lectronique/informatique embarque/rseaux industriels), idalement dans la conception et le dveloppement des systmes embarqus
Vous disposez dune bonne capacit de synthse, adaptabilit, vous savez travailler en quipe, notamment dans des environnements multiculturels et multidisciplinaires. Vous avez le sens des responsabilits, dans un souci de transparence et avec une communication claire.
Vous tes vritablement passionn(e) par le logiciel, les nouvelles technologies, force de proposition, vous aimez travailler en quipe et en rseau dans un environnement agile et multiculturel. Votre rigueur, votre capacit rsoudre des problmatiques techniques et votre aptitude la prise de dcisions seront vos atouts pour russir dans votre mission.
