ALTERNANCE – Assistant Global Retail Operations Coordinator H/F – SALOMON D2C

Membre du Département Direct To Consumer, l'équipe Retail Opérations suit et soutient les magasins Salomon (Brand Stores & Factory Outlets) afin d'optimiser les performances commerciales et d'offrir la meilleure expérience client grâce à la mise en place de nouveaux projets et développements. Au sein de cette équipe, notre futur(e) Assistant Global Retail Operations Coordinator H/F aura pour missions de :
- Reporting :
o Suivi hebdomadaire et analyse des performances de différents points de vente. Participation aux réunions hebdomadaires avec les Responsables de zone.
o Création de plans d'action afin d'optimiser les performances magasins.
o Suivi et analyse de la collecte de données et du Net Promotor Score.
o Suivi et analyse de la concurrence.
- Communication :
o Création, élaboration et communication des outils commerciaux à l'attention des équipes de vente.
o Envoi hebdomadaire de la To do List aux magasins.
- Operations :
o Coordination du calendrier commercial pour tous les canaux de vente Retail.
o Support quotidien des points de vente.
- Projects :
o Organisation, préparation du D2C Summit avec les différents intervenants.
o Soutenir la digitalisation des magasins et la mise en place de nouveaux services.
o Participation à la réflexion sur de nouveaux projets Retail.
En parallèle, le/la stagiaire participera également aux projets confiés par la direction de l'entreprise (organisation évènementielle).
Il/Elle sera rattachée directement au Global Retail Operations Specialist.
Qualifications
- Enseignement : De formation Bac+4/5, de type Ecole de commerce ou universitaire avec une spécialisation en marketing ou e-commerce (ou commerce international ?)
- Compétences spécifiques :
o Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux, curieux et aimez travailler en équipe.
o Vous avez une sensibilité pour l'outdoor, le sport et le retail.
- Langue(s) étrangère(s) : Anglais courant obligatoire
- Compétences informatiques : Outils informatiques : Pack office (bonne maîtrise d'Excel et Powerpoint)
- Une première expérience en magasin serait un vrai plus
