Position Overview
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
General: Manage marketing channels across 15 European markets to drive traffic growth. SEM: Collaborate with the global team to coordinate paid search initiatives, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget. Paid Social: Oversee social advertising, test creative assets, optimize messaging, and work with CRM for targeted campaigns. Programmatic Display: Formulate action plans and retargeting strategies in conjunction with the global team. CRM: Tailor the e-commerce calendar for local initiatives, enhance customer journeys, and evaluate CRM performance. SEO: Execute SEO protocols, refresh catalog content, optimize localized material, and track performance metrics. Partnerships/Affiliation: Supervise sales with partners, identify new collaboration opportunities, and enhance affiliate programs. Planning & Reporting: Generate traffic forecasts, monitor key performance indicators, deliver performance analytics, and suggest channel mixes and creative formats.Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in e-commerce or digital marketing. Education: Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Analytics, Google, and Meta platforms. Competencies: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; attention to detail; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; familiarity with e-commerce metrics and analytical tools; understanding of fashion and outdoor brands; advanced knowledge of audience targeting and campaign management.Additional Skills:
Highly analytical with a strong command of data; proficient in Excel. Inquisitive and eager to learn from data. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Capable of identifying gaps and opportunities independently. Strategic thinker with a focus on driving business outcomes. Adaptable and willing to take on various roles as needed. Thrives in a dynamic environment requiring swift decision-making. Exceptional attention to detail with robust organizational and project management capabilities.
