Role Overview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

General: Manage marketing channels across 15 European markets to drive traffic growth. SEM: Collaborate with the global team to coordinate paid search initiatives, ensuring adherence to budget and profitability. Paid Social: Oversee social media advertising, test creative content, optimize messaging, and work with CRM for targeted campaigns. Programmatic Display: Formulate action plans and retargeting strategies in partnership with the global team. CRM: Tailor the e-commerce calendar for local initiatives, enhance customer journeys, and assess CRM performance. SEO: Execute SEO strategies, update product catalogs, optimize localized content, and track performance metrics. Partnerships/Affiliation: Manage partner sales, explore new partnership opportunities, and enhance affiliate programs. Planning & Reporting: Deliver traffic forecasts, monitor key performance indicators, provide performance reports, and suggest optimal channel mixes and creative formats.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in e-commerce or digital marketing. Education: Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Languages: Proficiency in English is required. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe Analytics, Google, and Meta platforms. Competencies: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; attention to detail; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; knowledge of e-commerce metrics and analysis tools; understanding of fashion and outdoor brands; expertise in audience targeting for both prospecting and conversion campaigns.
