La société Entrepose Contracting est spécialisée dans la conception et la réalisation de projets industriels complexes dans les domaines du pétrole, du gaz, de l'eau et de l'énergie en général. Depuis la réalisation de solutions de transport et de stockage jusqu'à la livraison de projets clés en mains, elle développe des compétences de maîtrise d'œuvre et de gestion de projet en environnement sensible.

Ce que vous ferez
Vous assurez le développement, le suivi et le contrôle des plannings et des coûts des projets, afin de garantir leur bonne exécution dans le respect des délais et des budgets alloués.
1. Établissement et suivi des plannings de projets :
Collecter les informations nécessaires et les données techniques disponibles sur le projet
Lister les activités, les quantifier en durée, les ordonner et créer des liens logiques entre elles
Identifier et mettre en évidence les marges et chemins critiques
Affecter les ressources aux activités et faire valider les plannings par le management de projets
Mettre à jour périodiquement les plannings en cours et calculer les avancements.
2. Pilotage et contrôle des coûts de projets :
Suivre les dépenses et les engagements financiers par rapport aux budgets prévisionnels
Analyser les écarts entre les coûts réels et prévus, et anticiper les dépassements budgétaires
Proposer des actions correctives ou des solutions alternatives pour maîtriser les coûts
Établir des prévisionnels de dépenses et ajuster les budgets en fonction des avancements physiques et des plans de charges
3. Coordination et communication :
Collaborer étroitement avec les différents services internes (Technique, Opérationnel, Commercial) et externes (Clients, Partenaires, Sous-traitants, Fournisseurs)
Participer aux réunions d'avancement et de coordination de projets
Préparer et présenter des rapports d'avancement hebdomadaires et mensuels, incluant des propositions de solutions d'amélioration
4. Mise en place des méthodes et outils de contrôle :
Développer et mettre en œuvre des outils de suivi des avancements physiques et des coûts
Mettre en place des indicateurs de suivi de projets (Key Performance Indicators)
Assurer la formation et l'accompagnement des équipes projets sur les outils et méthodes de contrôle
