Role OverviewAs a Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading our B2B sales team and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing a team of Business Developers and Business Unit Managers, providing strategic guidance, and overseeing all aspects of the sales process.
Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Train, coach, and mentor Business Developers and Business Unit Managers to achieve peak performance.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Collaborate with partners to define client sales strategies that align with their business objectives.
- Partnership Development: Foster strong relationships with key partners and facilitate seamless collaboration across teams.
- Sales Operations Management: Oversee all sales administration functions, ensuring efficient processes and data accuracy.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Contribute to company growth by driving client acquisition, fostering strong client relationships, and implementing strategies for client retention.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional projects that contribute to the overall success of FDV PARTNER.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales leader with a proven track record of success in B2B environments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management, account management, or sales management roles within high-value service industries.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
