Rattaché(e) au Directeur Commercial de la Division Eau et Assainissement (Water Utility), vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes dans la région Centre et Auvergne :

  • Animer, promouvoir et vendre nos produits, solutions et services auprès des principaux acteurs de la chaine économique,
  • Etablir vos stratégies de secteurs et plans d'actions commerciaux en fonction des initiatives budget de la division,
  • Assurer la prescription d'une large gamme de produits et solutions auprès des Maîtres d'Ouvrage, Bureaux d'Etudes, Distributeurs, Exploitants privés et publics et Installateurs / Contractors pour identifier les opportunités de croissance au sein de votre région,
  • Développer un portefeuille clients par le biais d'actions dynamiques de prospection,
  • Détecter les avant-projets/appels d'offres auprès de nos clients et les accompagner dans leurs études et leurs futures exécutions,
  • Respecter et défendre notre politique commerciale auprès des acteurs de la chaine économique,
  • Identifier, alimenter et suivre le portefeuille d'opportunités chantiers et projets,
  • Assurer une veille constante sur les marchés afin d'aider au développement de nouvelles solutions/applications,
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble des départements supports : support commercial, SAV, directions commerciales, Marketing, Finance, RH, etc.

Profil

  • Formation initiale : idéalement titulaire d'une double compétence commerciale et technique (environnement, traitement de l'eau, hydraulique ou électrotechnique, etc.),
  • Expérience/secteur : vous justifiez d'une première expérience commerciale (3-5 ans) dans le secteur de l'environnement, de l'eau et de l'assainissement ou du traitement de l'eau,
  • Qualités interpersonnelles : vous avez le sens de la négociation commerciale et le goût du terrain et êtes motivé(e) par la vente de produits et de solutions à fortes valeurs ajoutées. Vous organisez votre temps autour des rendez-vous clients, du suivi de votre activité (prospection, relances clients, Reporting des opportunités commerciales, mises à jour des données sur CRM) et êtes orienté(e) résultats et performance. Vos excellentes compétences relationnelles, votre autonomie et votre organisation vous permettent de développer fortement votre activité dans un marché concurrentiel,
  • Vous êtes passionné(e) par les applications à forte valeur ajoutée et vous appréciez apporter des solutions différenciantes à vos clients,
  • Outils et logiciels informatiques : vous maitrisez les outils informatiques (pack MS office), CRM, etc.,
  • Compétences linguistiques : la maîtrise de l'Anglais est un avantage pour communiquer de manière effective au sein du Groupe.
