Your Role: Business Development Specialist - Enterprise Solutions
Reporting to a Sales Manager within the Central East Regional Sales Department, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing and managing a portfolio of enterprise clients (companies with 1000 to over 5000 employees).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the target market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and challenges.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineers, Marketing, and technical teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Your Profile:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales within the IT and/or telecommunications industry (2-5 years experience).
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions and market trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline and closing deals.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
