Quelles sont les missions ?

Le Customer Success Manager/Account Manager devra :

* Guider les clients à travers la transformation numérique avec une vue claire sur leurs objectifs et des indicateurs de performance clé,
* Maximiser la réalisation de la valeur et le retour sur investissement des solutions et services achetés,
* Augmenter l'adoption et l'utilisation des solutions avec un plan clair,
* Construire des relations fortes C level, au sein de certaines des plus grandes entreprises en Europe,
* Planifier la stratégie de compte et élaborer des plans de succès pour fidéliser, promouvoir et minimiser l'attrition des clients,
* Suivre la performance des comptes et les accompagner sur leurs enjeux,
* Élaborer une stratégie post-vente solide pour votre portefeuille de comptes afin de garantir que nos clients maximisent la valeur de leur investissement,
* Faire preuve de leadership et d'une expertise sectorielle forte.

Le Customer Success Manager/Account Manager dispose d'une expérience en gestion de comptes dans le marketing numérique (analyse, optimisation/conversion et/ou social).

Avec au moins une première expérience dans la gestion d'un portefeuille de comptes large, global, sophistiqué et stratégique à un niveau senior.

Adaptable, tenace et orienté résultats, vous maîtrisez idéalement l'anglais et l'espagnol. Vos équipes internationales vous conduiront à échanger en majorité en anglais à ce poste.
