Le poste de Business Development Manager H/F



Vos responsabilités pour atteindre les objectifs annuels de revenus et de marges :

* Identifier, prospecter et conclure de nouvelles opportunités de développement à travers nos trois offres principales : RPO/MSP et staffing de projets,
* Effectuer une analyse approfondie du marché et de la concurrence pour anticiper les tendances et adapter notre approche,
* Créer et animer des réseaux de professionnels du recrutement et d'achats de prestations intellectuelles,
* Travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes opérations, solutions & design, ainsi que les équipes de livraison pour garantir le succès des projets,
* Partager les bonnes pratiques à travers notre réseau international pour maximiser les synergies et identifier de nouvelles opportunités.

Vos missions principales :

* Identifier et établir un dialogue avec les décideurs clés : DG, DRH, Directeurs des Achats, et Directeurs du Talent,
* Analyser les besoins spécifiques de chaque client pour proposer des solutions adaptées et personnalisées (taille d'équipe, implantation, process complet ou partiel, etc.),
* Répondre aux appels d'offres, négocier et finaliser les contrats en collaboration avec vos N+1 et conformément à la politique de PageGroup,
* Assurer une continuité dans la relation client.

Le profil recherché

Vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience au sein d'un poste Sales et souhaitez désormais valoriser votre expertise en prenant part à une mission de développement commercial stratégique, axée sur une offre à haute valeur ajoutée. Idéalement, vous avez déjà occupé une fonction de Key Account Manager et géré un grand compte.

Doté d'un tempérament de « chasseur », orienté vers la conquête de nouveaux marchés, vous excellez dans la prospection et la stratégie de développement. Vous faites preuve d'une grande écoute et empathie, des qualités essentielles pour comprendre les besoins de nos clients et y répondre efficacement.
