Nous recherchons un(e) Business Development Manager pour rejoindre notre département Après-Vente.

**Votre Mission**:
Développer les ventes de pièces de rechange, d'accessoires et de services en direct et à travers le réseau d'agents pour atteindre et développer le potentiel de la zone et augmenter la satisfaction des clients.

Vous serez en étroite collaboration avec le support interne du Service Market : les ingénieurs de service, les responsables pour les commandes de pièces de rechange et le formateur du département Service Market Industrie.

**Vous serez en charge de**:

- Gérer et coordonner le réseau attribué, composé de Volvo Penta Centers (VPC) et de ses réseaux correspondants de Volvo Penta Services, d’équipementiers, de distributeurs constructeurs et de gestionnaires de flotte.
- Atteindre vos objectifs annuels, exprimés dans la « Challenge Letter » dans laquelle les incitations seront clairement définies en fonction du potentiel de chaque VPC.
- Promouvoir la vente de moteurs industriels à travers le réseau pour la remotorisation des équipements.
- Responsabilité globale pour les compagnes commerciales, et la gestion des remises, des prix et des devis
- Préparer et suivre les tableaux de la performance commerciale et les communiquer en interne et en externe aux partenaires commerciaux.

**Profil**:
Vous disposez d’un diplôme d’ingénieur ou d’une formation minimum BAC +5 en commercial avec un socle technique dans le domaine des moteurs, transmissions, électricité et électronique ou, de préférence, les équipements fonctionnant dans le monde industriel.

Vous avez une expérience professionnelle de minimum 3 ans dans des fonctions d'après-vente en BtoB et/ou une expérience de gestion d'un réseau de distribution, dans un secteur industriel.

Vous maitrisez parfaitement Office 365 et vous êtes à l’aise en anglais.

La connaissance de l’italien ou de l’espagnol sera un plus.

Poste basé à Nanterre (92) mais nécessite des déplacements fréquents en France et à l’étranger.

Rémunération : 40 000,00€ à 45 000,00€ par an
