Mission :
As part of the Solutions for Customization domain within the Product Division you will work in the Business Process Management (BPM) subdomain which oversees the product management of two core ecosystems at the center of the Software Platform's back office.
One is a workflow framework (visual modeler + runtime engine) in charge of defining and running the post-trade business processes representing the effective life cycle of most financial and non-financial objects in the platform. The second is an integration framework (APIs + runtime engine) offering a programmatic experience in developing Java interfaces to import/export data into/from the Software Platform. They come with both functional needs to ensure the proper businesses can be implemented, and technical needs where availability, stability, high volumes support and performances of the solution, as well as the management of the customizations around these workflows and interfaces are all preponderant.
Key responsibilities
- Support: you will be supporting your colleagues from our various offices to find adequate solutions and answers for clients either facing incidents and attempting to address new integration challenges, this will involve working:
- with business analysts, monitoring or parametrizing the application
- with developers requiring specific support on their on-going development
- You will be regularly contributing to enrichment of documentation and training materials, as also giving the relevant training to consultants (including from clients)
- You will provide inputs to the roadmap, contribute to definition of new features, contribute to their validation.
- Graduated in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business IT or related major, with a first experience typically involving technical incident management will be a plus
- Technology knowledge :
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Some knowledge in development, troubleshooting and debugging in Java is a plus
- SQL (query building and performance analysis)
- Familiar with XML, JSON, REST
- Knowledge in area like Apache Camel, JMS, Kafka, BPMN is a plus,
- Knowledge of XSLT is a plus,
- Cross group collaborator and team player
- Fast learner, self-motivated, strong problem-solving skills
- Good oral and written communication skills in English are essential, French is plus
