Le Sales Director France sera directement rattaché à la Direction Europe Ses principales missions incluent :

  • Gérer l'équipe commerciale pour atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires et de rentabilité définis,
  • Veiller à la conformité des règles et des politiques éthiques et commerciales internationales,
  • Définir et mettre en oeuvre la stratégie de gestion,
  • Suivre les performances des distributeurs et superviser la préparation des propositions commerciales,
  • Participer à des salons professionnels et autres activités promotionnelles,
  • Collaborer avec les services locaux pour améliorer le marketing des produits et des services.




Le candidat idéal aura :

  • Un diplôme universitaire en ingénierie ou en école de commerce,
  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion des ventes ou en conseil dans un environnement similaire,
  • La capacité à gérer une équipe et d'excellentes compétences relationnelles,
  • Une maîtrise courante de l'anglais et du français.
