Notre client est un éditeur de logiciels SaaS qui accompagne grands groupes et ETI dans l’optimisation de leur marketing digital de proximité.
La société recrute son futur Head of Sales & Customer Success F/H basé à son siège situé à Paris. Ses missions seront les suivantes :
- Poursuivre et amplifier le développement de la société sur son marché en atteignant ses objectifs de CA et de Revenu Annuel Récurrent (ARR),
- Encadrer, développer et faire grandir les équipes Sales et Customer Success (10 p.) afin d’atteindre ces objectifs,
- Assurer l’analyse des métriques d’activité commerciale, du pipeline d’affaires et des ratios de conversion afin d’optimiser le pilotage commercial,
- Participer à des rendez-vous clients/prospects clé et en jouant le rôle de mentor dans des négociations complexes,
- Développer, gérer et convertir personnellement les opportunités les plus importantes et les plus stratégiques,
- Optimiser la stratégie de pricing et la segmentation des comptes,
- Mettre en place conjointement avec le Marketing des approches Inbound / Outbound cohérentes et optimisées,
- Être garant de la qualité et de la complétude des données CRM et Knowledge Management ainsi que du respect des process internes,
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les responsables Produit, Delivery, R&D et Finance/Administration via la participation au Comité Exécutif de la société.
Ce poste s’adresse à des candidat(e)s diplômé(e)s d’une formation supérieure Bac+5, disposant d’une expérience probante de management commercial dans l’univers des logiciels SaaS à destination d’entreprises B2C (commerce, distribution, services…) et d’une bonne compréhension de l’écosystème du Marketing Digital.
Enfin, les qualités suivantes sont recherchées : énergie positive, leadership, sens stratégique, orientation résultats. Anglais courant.
