As a Strategic Planner, you will be responsible for defining the strategic direction of influencer or 360 marketing campaigns, based on in-depth analysis of data, market trends and consumer insights.


YOUR MISSION

Market analysis and competitive intelligence:

  • Conduct research on market trends, consumer behaviors and competitor actions.
  • Identify communication opportunities for the brand, based on quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Analyze past campaign performance to learn insights.

Definition of brand strategy:

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative strategic concepts that meet consumer needs while respecting brand values.
  • Create clear and inspiring strategic briefs for creatives and production teams.

Consumer understanding and segmentation:

  • Study and segment the target audience through consumer insights and qualitative studies (focus groups, interviews, surveys, etc.).
  • Develop personas and understand the deep motivations of consumers in order to better adapt messages and campaigns.

Development of the communication strategy:

  • Define the communication objectives for each campaign (awareness, engagement, conversion, etc.).
  • Choose the appropriate communication channels (digital, traditional media, events, etc.) and propose an omnichannel approach.

Performance monitoring and measurement:

  • Monitor the impact of communication actions on commercial results and brand perception.
  • Analyze post-campaign data and make recommendations to optimize future strategies.

Cross-team collaboration:

  • Work closely with creative teams, project managers, data and media experts to ensure consistency of the communication strategy.
  • Participate in client meetings to defend the strategic vision and ensure that campaigns meet set objectives.


WORK EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Higher education in marketing, communication, social sciences, or business school.
  • At least 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an advertising, communications or consulting agency.
  • Mastery of data analysis tools and presentation software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).



YOUR SKILLS

  • Analytical skills: Ability to interpret market data, consumer studies and generate strategic insights.
  • Strategic creativity: Knowing how to think creatively and originally while remaining focused on business objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills: Know how to write clear and convincing briefs, present ideas effectively and influence stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of media and digital trends: In-depth understanding of digital platforms, social networks and new consumer trends.
  • Collaborative spirit: Ability to work in a team with creatives, designers and project managers.


THE OPPORTUNITY

  • 3-4 days a week office requirement (others on remote)
  • Salary to be negotiated based on experience
  • Lunch voucher 10€ per day (60% employer) and Transport remboursement (75% employer)
