**Your role**

You will be part of the CEO Office, a team reporting directly to the CEO, in charge of identifying and delivering strategic projects likely to have a significant impact on our revenue trajectory (ex. international expansion, development of product adjacencies, new sectors’ opening, pricing redefinition, M&A, strategic partnerships, etc.).

You will be based in Paris and report to the Chief of Staff.

**Your missions**:

- ** Partnership Strategy**: Develop and execute partnership strategies that support business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- ** Partnership development**: Identify and evaluate potential partners and explore new distribution channels for Skello in France and abroad.
- ** Negotiation**: Lead negotiations with potential partners and oversee the implementation of partnership agreements.
- ** Project management**: Coordinate cross-functional teams (including marketing, sales, product, ops and legal) to ensure the successful implementation of strategic partnerships.
- ** Relationship Management**: Maintain strong relationships with partners.
- ** Sales animation**: Animate Skello and partners’ commercial teams to make sure we make the most of existing partners.
- ** Performance Monitoring**: Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

**Your profile**:

- 3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting firm, in key account management position or in a strategic position in a fast-growing scale-up
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable in establishing professional relationships with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and experience dealing with strategic topics
- Self-starter and able to make things happen by oneself
- Good understanding of the SaaS business
- Fluent in French and English (Spanish is a plus)
