Want to be part of a global organization that values teamwork and collaboration? We're seeking a Business Development Manager to drive local partnerships and grow Semir's presence in the market.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business plans aligned with the company's overseas market strategy. Analyze overseas market trends, customer needs, and competitor dynamics to identify growth opportunities.

1.Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research in target regions, analyze industry trends and competitor activities, and provide data support for formulating the company's franchise entry and development strategy.

  1. Franchisee and Distributor Recruitment: Utilizing current network and new contacts, Identify potential franchisees and distributors, promote the company's overseas market expansion strategy through muti-channel from both offline and online (such as phone calls, face-to-face meetings, trade fairs/exhibitions, etc.), and achieve business development goal.

3.Business Negotiation & Contract Signing: Responsible for negotiating with prospective franchisees, clarifying rights and obligations for both parties, signing franchise cooperation agreements, and ensuring contract terms are executed.

4.Franchisee Relationship Management: Continuously monitor franchisee operations, provide regular business guidance and training, resolve operational issues faced by franchisees, and maintain positive cooperative relationships.

5.Sales Target Achievement: Achieve franchise business targets according to the company's annual plan, driving growth in both the number and quality of franchise outlets.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum [5] years of experience in the Retail industry, including at least [3]years specifically managing overseas channel teams.

  2. Deep understanding of the B2B ecosystem, including distribution channel platforms. Proven track record of exceeding store opening and sales targets in overseas markets within Fashion & Clothing Industry.

  3. Preferable experience in Business development of a multi-site business across multiple European countries.

  4. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.

  5. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.

  6. Understand the needs of overseas markets, actively expand new channels, and develop business growth plans; identify potential problems, risks, and drive deals to execution.

  7. English or Chinese is the primary language for communicate with headquarters. Proficiency in other languages (French,Spanish or Italian) is an advantage.
