A key role to accelerate our growth with restaurant chains and major industrial players (French or international based in France). You report directly to our Director of Chained & Industrial Customers for France and benefit from the support of our dynamic and committed French Food Service team of 9 people, as well as the support of our Danish headquarters.Based in Paris (10th district). Semi-annual travel and regular exchanges with the Netherlands and Denmark.Who we are:The very first dairy cooperative, founded in 1881 in Denmark, Arla Foods now brings together 7,600 farmers in 7 European countries and achieves an annual turnover of €13.8 billion.We are proud to work for our farmers Our mission is to create value for their milk, in fair recognition of all the work and commitment they invest daily and to ensure the sustainability of their farms across generations.In 2026, our cooperative is preparing to merge with the DMK cooperative and become the leading dairy cooperative in EuropeYour responsibilities include:Creation, Development and Management of your portfolio of chained customers (50%)Market analysis and identification of chained restaurants to contact, in collaboration with our Director of Chained Customers and our Food Service Marketing ManagerProspectingExploratory meetings, supported by our “solution-oriented” sales techniques (training provided by Arla Foods)Identification of solutions tailored to the needs of our prospects and chained customers, in collaboration with the Manager of our Product Range for Chained RestaurantsPricing and negotiation, in collaboration with our Director of Chained Customers and our Finance team (based in the Netherlands)Client relationship follow-up and portfolio loyaltyActing as an ambassador for the carbon transition led by our farmers with our chained customersManagement of incoming Food Service & Industry clients (20%)Cross-functional role for all incoming Food Service prospects, whether distributors, independents, chains, or industrial clients, including:Opportunity analysis, supported by an exploratory meeting if relevantProcessing, transferring, or closing the opportunity according to the defined processSupport for analysis and administration of our major chained & industrial accounts (10%)When new products are listed with chained customers, creation and monitoring of the implementation of digital product sheets and other requested data on dedicated platformsQuarterly reporting for chained customersSupport for analysis and administration of our major wholesaler accounts (10%)When new products are listed with wholesalers, lead on integrating digital product sheets and other requested data on dedicated platforms, in collaboration with our Marketing Food Service AssistantPreparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales statistics for our wholesaler accounts (to be completed at the start of each month and/or quarter and/or year depending on the closing period), in collaboration with our Marketing Food Service AssistantFood Service Pricing Coordination (10%)Control of the implementation of new prices and promotions in our Arla system for our wholesalers and chained customers, including:Ensuring price alignment across all our Food Service customersMonitoring correct implementation of prices and promotions in collaboration with our Accounting team (based in Poland)Sending price updates to our independent customers; includes adding new independent customers to our mailing listAlignment with our Finance team (based in the Netherlands) upon requestDesired profile:Master’s degree in Business School or Engineering or equivalent experience in Catering / Food ServiceSome sales experience, ideally as a Key Account ManagerInterest in the Food industryFluent English, ideally validated by experience abroad or within an international companyDynamic and committed, to contribute to the positive and ambitious mindset of our teamInterested?Please apply via LinkedIn Easy Apply before January 12, 2026.
