Korn Ferry is recruiting several sales positions at different seniority levels in France and with various technology focuses (Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce) for an IT-service company. Our client has a 20+ year partnership with Microsoft, specializing in Dynamics 365 integration. The SAP Business Unit recently won the best SAP CX license seller award. As a global Salesforce partner, the client serves major companies in the finance, telecom, energy, and pharma sectors.


This position can be based in Paris, Lille or Lyon region.

Key Responsibilities


  • You will act as a trusted technological advisor for your clients and listen to their needs, analyze them, and co-create a customized and innovative solution.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Enhance the company's presence with major accounts by liaising with Global Account Managers internally.
  • Drive, negotiate, and close complex deals, ensuring proper alignment with the account team.
  • Your strength lies in your independent approach to technology by using our advanced technologies, you will offer highly specialized solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Microsoft, SAP or Salesforce and strengthen the strategic partnership.


Professional Experience


The ideal candidate will have the following experience:


  • A degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent, with several years of experience in IT Consulting.
  • Several years of experience in a Sales / Business Development role with a strong sales track record in project sales.
  • Ability to develop a business portfolio with a technical/solution approach for both business and IT departments, with good knowledge of the associated sector's challenges.
  • Sensitivity to client satisfaction and delivering long-term value.
  • Knowledge of the relevant editor, established collaborations, and understanding of the complete offering and associated ecosystem.
  • Experience in large companies with a matrix organization.
  • Proficient in written and spoken French and English.
