Missions :
- Superviser et gérer l'intégralité du processus de livraison pour le marché français, du début à la fin.
- Fournir des orientations stratégiques à court et à long terme en adéquation avec les objectifs du client, avec l'appui du Managing Partner et du Strategy Director.
- Participer activement au processus de planification des principales campagnes, en adoptant une approche pratique si nécessaire.
- Diriger l'élaboration et l'exécution des plans annuels et trimestriels, en veillant à des revues régulières et en temps voulu.
- Garantir l'excellence opérationnelle dans la livraison du marché local tout en contribuant aux objectifs régionaux et mondiaux.
- Maintenir et gérer les relations avec les principaux intervenants, en assurant un haut niveau de satisfaction et en agissant comme premier point d'escalade pour les problèmes locaux.
- Diriger et encadrer votre équipe, superviser la répartition des charges de travail tout en offrant coaching, mentorat et conseils.
- Identifier des opportunités de croissance et d'expansion au sein des activités du client.
- Maintenir une gouvernance solide et veiller à ce que tous les composants des projets complexes soient alignés pour atteindre les objectifs du client.
Profils recherché :
- Un leadership qui couvre à la fois les relations clients et la planification des livrables dans un rôle hybride.
- Une connaissance approfondie du paysage médiatique français, y compris des principaux éditeurs, partenaires technologiques et tendances de comportement des consommateurs.
- Une solide expérience en planification multimédia, axée sur les résultats de communication et d'affaires.
- Une expérience avérée avec des clients de grande envergure, en gestion simultanée de plusieurs campagnes et produits.
- Expertise dans la gestion de briefs médiatiques alliant branding et performance, avec une forte passion pour l'intégration des stratégies de marketing de marque et de performance.
- Enthousiasme à travailler avec des équipes transversales et à fédérer autour d'objectifs communs.
