Poste : Missions :

* Identifier et proposer les axes de développement techniques et technologiques du Groupe pour le positionner de la manière la plus adéquate sur le marché concerné afin de capter les opportunités identifiées,
* Identifier les clients stratégiques (nouveaux et existants) et les opportunités de développement de produits et activités répondant à la stratégie de croissance du Groupe,
* Représenter le Groupe auprès de ses clients et prospects,
* Manager et animer une équipe de 5 personnes réparties dans plusieurs pays européens,
* Participer aux actions commerciales du Groupe (salons, conventions, etc.).

Profil : Idéalement issu d'une formation d'Ingénieur Mécanique ou MBA, vous avez une expérience commerciale significative d'au moins 10 ans dans un rôle de management d'équipe.

Expertise dans les domaines du MRO, du Service Après-Vente Aéronautique et de l'aviation commerciale/régionale.

Réseau professionnel solide et démontré. Forte visibilité sur LinkedIn : Posts, vidéos, nombre de relations, etc.

Excellentes compétences relationnelles : Travail en équipe, écoute et analyse pour répondre aux besoins des clients internes et externes.
