Duration: 6 Months contract + possible extensionLocation: 3 days on site weekly in Paris Language: French and English Change Manager – SAP S/4HANA Brownfield MigrationWe are seeking an experienced Cutover Lead to plan, coordinate, and execute all cutover activities for a large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield migration. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations, working closely with technical, functional, and business teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and manage the overall cutover strategy, including detailed plans, timelines, dependencies, and resourcingCoordinate with functional, technical, and business teams to identify and manage cutover objects (open transactions, master data, interfaces, integrations)Ensure continuity of business operations and non-regression of existing processes post-cutoverLead cutover rehearsals and mock runs to validate readiness and identify risksOwn cutover execution during go-live, including system downtime, data migration checkpoints, and validation activitiesCollaborate with PMO, deployment teams, and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignmentTrack, report, and manage cutover progress, issues, risks, and mitigation actionsEnsure adherence to ITIL standards and best practices throughout the transitionRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience leading SAP cutover activities, ideally within S/4HANA Brownfield programsStrong understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA architecture, data migration, and end-to-end business processesExcellent coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to operate calmly under pressure in high-impact go-live environmentsExperience with RAID logs, change management, and go-live / hypercare supportIf you are a structured, detail-oriented Cutover Lead with hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience and thrive in complex transformation programs, we’d like to hear from you.Apply now or message directly for more details.
