Soutenue par des investisseurs de référence dans les technologies et l’immobilier, AVEST est dirigée par des cofondateurs ingénieurs (Centrale Paris, Ponts et Chaussées, Université de Berkeley) avec plus de 15 ans d’expérience, notamment dans des startups à succès.
Description du poste
En tant que membre de l’équipe success, tu joueras un rôle clé dans la réalisation des ambitions d’AVEST.
En lien direct avec Louis, co-fondateur, tes missions incluront :
- Relation client : Construire des relations de confiance à long terme avec les clients d’AVEST, devenir leur partenaire de confiance et faire d’eux des ambassadeurs d’AVEST.
- Adoption et fidélisation : Être à l’écoute des besoins des clients, favoriser une bonne adoption, fidéliser les équipes et identifier des opportunités commerciales.
- Onboarding et formation : Coordonner l’onboarding des nouveaux clients et la formation de leurs équipes en collaboration avec les account managers.
- Collaboration inter-équipes : Travailler avec les équipes tech et marketing pour garantir la satisfaction client et apporter de la valeur.
- Amélioration continue : Partager les retours clients pour contribuer à améliorer le produit.

Conditions
- CDI, salaire fixe entre 30 000 € et 40 000 € brut selon profil + variable.
- Bureaux au sein d’un coworking Morning à Issy-les-Moulineaux (proche Balard).
- Télétravail possible (2 jours / semaine).
- Carte Swile (tickets restaurant).
- 50% des frais de transport pris en charge.
Process de recrutement
- Un premier appel de présentation avec Louis, co-fondateur (30 min).
- Un entretien avec François, co-fondateur pour échanger sur ton profil, ta motivation, te montrer le produit et répondre à tes questions (1 heure).
- Une mise en situation avec Louis pour te faire toucher du doigt concrètement les enjeux du success chez AVEST (1 heure).
