Customer Success Architect Role Overview

At ServiceNow, we're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Architect to join our Customer Outcomes team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption and growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and business leaders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer retention and expansion
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise to customers on ServiceNow solutions

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in a professional services organization
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and customer success
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
