Customer Success Architect Role Overview
At ServiceNow, we're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Architect to join our Customer Outcomes team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption and growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and business leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer retention and expansion
- Provide thought leadership and expertise to customers on ServiceNow solutions
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in a professional services organization
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and customer success
- Experience working with large enterprise customers
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
