Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Account Manager to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our account team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities for growth and driving adoption of our solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business outcomes and account growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals
Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and drive adoption of Microsoft solutions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field
4+ years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting or portfolio management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
