About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Account Manager to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization, and driving adoption of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including technical professionals and business leaders
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth, optimization, and adoption of Microsoft products and services
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align customer success plans with account priorities and business objectives
  • Lead business value conversations with customer executives to drive strategic decision-making and customer success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field, and 4+ years of customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
  • OR Master's degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field, and 3+ years of customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
  • OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience within the customer industry
  • Microsoft or competitor equivalent certification in relevant technologies
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification or equivalent service management certification
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification
  • Prosci or equivalent certification
