Join Mirakl's Business Development team in Paris or Munich office.Your impact:As a Business Development Representative for the DACH region, you'll be at the heart of our expansion in the German-speaking region and work alongside pioneers transforming e-commerce, in a company supporting over 450 international clients generating more than €8.6 billion in annual business volume. Your mission will be to contribute to our exceptional growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for our marketplace platform and catalog management product.Your day-to-day responsibilities:Develop your marketplace expertise through our Mirakl University training program and some coaching from Sales expertsIdentify and qualify opportunities with major prospects in the DACH region, including retailers, distributors, and B2B companiesProactively prospect your market using a multichannel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn)Maintain quality relationships through multiple touchpoints with C-Level executives, e-commerce directors, and CFOs from your prospectionWork in tandem with our Account Executives to build a trustful pipeline of leads from first physical meeting to closingDevelop a deep understanding of our clients'/prospects' business challenges to better qualify their needsCollaborate within an international team in contact with marketing, platform advisory, and legal teamsMaintain accurate documentation of client interactions in Salesforce and track performance KPIs to meet and exceed your objectivesWhat we're looking for:A personality that embodies our "Work Hard Together" value, ready to contribute to our culture of innovation, and autonomy in teamExcellent communication skills in German and English, essential for interacting with prospects and partners in the DACH regionA "Go Above & Beyond" mindset with a real thirst for learning about our marketplace technology and e-commerce ecosystemA pragmatic, results-oriented "Get Things Done" approach, capable of meeting and exceeding opportunity qualification goalsIntellectual agility to understand our clients' complex business challenges and adapt your approach accordinglyPrevious B2B prospecting experience (1-3 years) would be a plus, but we primarily value your potential and motivationAt Mirakl, we invest in your success with a structured onboarding program.We follow a hybrid model for this role, with 3 to 4 days in the office and 1 to 2 days working from home.So, if you're passionate about technology and eager to drive growth in one of Europe's most dynamic markets, we want to meet youWant to join us?
