**Job Requirements**:
As a Senior Business Process Consultant, you will be responsible for:

- Providing senior consultancy support on business process design, implementation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
- Leading cross-functional teams to streamline and execute business projects effectively.
- Developing comprehensive plans to seamlessly integrate new processes with existing business operations.
- Creating, updating, reviewing, and approving documentation for new and existing business processes.
- Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Actively participating in meetings and effectively communicating with clients and internal teams.
- Conducting high-level management studies to inform strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrating the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Maintaining a strong client orientation and delivering exceptional service at all times.

**Education Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years of relevant education (master's degree or equivalent) after secondary school.

**Minimum Experience Requirements**:

- At least 9 years of experience in process management, including 6 years in consultancy, with a minimum of 3 years in the relevant requested domain(s).

- Proven experience in business process improvement and redesign.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional project management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in working both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluent in English (additional languages preferred).
