Ce poste est fait pour vous.À propos de notre clientNotre client accompagne les TPE et PME dans leur transformation digitale grâce à un écosystème complet de solutions de gestion (Sage, Pennylane, Odoo, Zoho). Sa mission : simplifier et optimiser la gestion d’entreprise en offrant à la fois des outils performants et un accompagnement conseil de haut niveau. Vos missions : un rôle polyvalent au cœur de la stratégie commercialeDéveloppement CommercialProspection téléphonique active et ciblée auprès d’une base de clients professionnels.Qualification et gestion des leads entrants.Participation aux webinars pour informer et engager les prospects et clients.Cycle de VenteGestion complète des devis : création, envoi et relances stratégiques.Planification et coordination des démonstrations en visioconférence avec les consultants fonctionnels.Coordination des dates liées aux prestations et services clients.Relation Client & SuiviAppels proactifs pour informer des nouveautés, mises à jour et opportunités.Suivi administratif rigoureux des dossiers clients/prospects dans le CRM (Zoho).Support & CoordinationEn débordement, prise d’appels pour la planification des interventions des consultants.Orientation des clients vers le support technique lorsque nécessaire. Le profil recherché : au-delà d’un commercial, un véritable conseillerCompétences indispensablesExpérience confirmée en vente B2B (idéalement dans le logiciel, l’IT ou un univers similaire).Excellente aisance relationnelle au téléphone et sens naturel de la confiance.Maîtrise parfaite du français à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
