As a HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for processing starters, leavers, employee changes, leave of absence, payroll. You will be the first point of contact for employees on questions related to their employment, payroll and benefits. You will support 3 to 5 countries in EMEA.
**What you'll be doing**
- Prepare employment paperwork and manage benefits enrollment
- Manage monthly payroll preparation and coordination with our external payroll providers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees on questions related to their employment, payroll and benefits
- Maintain employee records, be accountable for accuracy and integrity of the employee data.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and ensure appropriate HR policies are in place.
- Improve our HR processes to positively impact our employee experience (streamline the existing, propose new ones when appropriate, issue and review templates, checklists, etc.).
- Partner with our Finance team to build controls and processes in support of payroll-related transactions
**What you'll need to be successful**
- 5+ years experience as a HR Operations Specialist in an international environment
- Curious, self-starter, problem solver and results oriented
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of labour laws and payroll rules
- Fluent in French and English
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or relevant field
