Technical Sales / Ingénieur d'application – H/F

Poste basé dans les Yvelines


Au sein de la Business Unit Electronics & Component Systems en pleine croissance, vous rejoindrez le département Customer Management et serez rattaché au Team Leader de votre portefeuille client. Votre mission principale sera de piloter et coordonner l'ensemble des projets de développement pour les grands comptes stratégiques du secteur automobile.


En tant que Technical Sales, vous serez l’interface entre les clients et leurs équipes techniques, ainsi que les équipes internes de développement produits basées notamment en Europe. Vous définirez, en partenariat avec vos clients, toutes les spécifications techniques nécessaires à un développement produit efficace, assurerez la liaison avec les équipes techniques internes, validerez les plans et autres étapes cruciales des projets. Vous serez le référent technique auprès des clients.


Pour les nouvelles demandes, vous vérifierez, avec les experts internes, les possibilités existantes pour répondre aux besoins des clients avant de vous engager dans des développements spécifiques, tout en assurant la cohérence avec leurs attentes initiales. Vous évaluerez le potentiel marché des nouveaux développements (tendances, positionnement concurrentiel) et garantirez une organisation optimale sur les aspects techniques, en collaboration directe avec les équipes business internes.


Votre rôle central vous amènera à intervenir en support technique des différents projets depuis la phase de conception jusqu’à l’industrialisation. Vous serez garant de l’atteinte des objectifs de qualité technique et accompagnerez les évolutions technologiques possibles en lien avec les contraintes des applications.


Enfin, vous jouerez un rôle d’avant-vente en détectant les opportunités business et en apportant un support technique lors des phases d’appel d’offres.


Titulaire d’un Bac+5 de type Master II ou d'un diplôme d’école d’ingénieur généraliste ou spécialisée en mécanique ou électrique vous bénéficiez d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans des fonctions techniques, idéalement avec une expérience en relation client ou à minima une appétence pour ce domaine. Une expérience dans le secteur automobile ou en lien avec la connectique serait un atout. La maîtrise de l’anglais courant est recommandée pour ce poste.


Vous êtes ouvert d’esprit, proactif, curieux et à l’écoute, qualités indispensables pour accompagner notre client sur des projets stratégiques. Persévérant, doté d’un leadership naturel, et de bonnes qualités de communication, vous saurez fédérer des équipes multiculturelles autour de vos projets. Enfin, votre esprit d’équipe et votre adaptabilité vous permettront de vous intégrer facilement au sein d’un service en évolution, où règne une bonne ambiance de travail.
