Au sein de la Direction Commerciale et Marketing, sous la responsabilité de la Directrice Commerciale et Marketing, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la stratégie commerciale.
Véritable support aux commerciaux, vos principales missions seront :
Analyser des besoins clients : comprendre les attentes et les problématiques des clients, identifier ses besoins spécifiques et faire le lien avec la Direction Technique
Participer aux rdv clients/prospect et partenaires ainsi qu’aux soutenances pour apporter support aux commerciaux, expertise technique et défendre la proposition de valeur et les différenciants d’UltraEdge
Contribuer avec votre manager à la mise en place et à l’amélioration continue des process et de l’organisation de travail entre les équipes commerciales, techniques et marketing favorisant la performance des équipes.
Préparer les dossiers et études techniques de faisabilité, les propositions technico commerciales et les réponses aux appels d'offres conformément aux cahiers des charges. Construire la réponse technique la plus pertinente en relation avec les Directions Commerciale et Technique, être force de proposition.
Remonter vers le Marketing les données de marché recueillies auprès des clients et des partenaires dans un soucis d’amélioration continue.
Assurer le lien avec la Direction Technique et des Opérations dans la mise en œuvre technique du projet une fois vendu.

Ingénieur BAC +5 ou équivalent, vous avez acquis une expérience de 8 ans minimum sur des fonctions techniques et/ou avant-vente dans le secteur de l’hébergement / datacenter.

Votre leadership et votre expertise technique vous permettent de viser l’excellence opérationnelle et de travailler en autonomie sur des projets multiples et complexes.
Votre niveau d’anglais vous permet d’interagir avec des clients internationaux à l’oral comme à l’écrit.

Des voyages fréquents sur le territoire national et ponctuellement à l’étranger sont à prévoir.
