Servicing more than 250+ clients across 4 continents and targeting all non-life insurance carriers, we focus on more mature markets for faster expansion.

As part of our growing sales team, you will be focusing, helping to develop and scale our Small clients business on the Iberia & Latam markets.

Your key objective will be to identify potential customers and lead the sales process in order to build a network of leads, and sign contracts in your territory.

Both independently and with the aid of local sales partners, the Scale Sales Executive will be capable of using their previous sales experience to close business.

As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for owning your territory and the associated quota
Working on and submitting proposals, as well as negotiating contracts with clients
You will be based in our Paris office. We're looking for motivated individuals with experience in sales and a strong interest in technology, eager to grow their skills in SaaS solutions. You have +3 years B2B sales experience, as a Business Development Representative/ Sales Executive - an experience in a tech company or in the insurance space is a plus 
You are familiar with sales protocols and SaaS company processes, use of CRMs, slack communication, multi-teams interactions. You possess the level-head required to project manage both smaller (40k - 60k) and larger (100K - 200K) contracts, with excellent presentation skills to navigate short and mid-term sales cycles with C-level
You have proven expertise in business development and a track record of mastering sales strategies for complex deep-tech SaaS products. You excel at defining tailored closing plans for each opportunity, with clear, proactive actions to drive success
Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory, while knowledge of Portuguese is a plus. You excel at simplifying complex concepts, making them easy to understand.
You will need to show motivations toward achieving the sales target and demonstrate a sincere interest in Akur8, both as a company and in the solutions we offer
In the international context of the company, any additional languages are a definite bonus
