Business Developer and Account Manager

Rattaché.e à l'équipe commerciale, votre rôle sera d'aller acquérir de nouveaux marchés / clients pour Ad4screen en mettant en place les meilleures stratégies et se basant sur vos connaissances dans la sphère du digital. Vous aurez la responsabilité de l’ensemble du cycle de vente. Vos missions?
* Créer, développer et fidéliser votre propre portefeuille client.
* Développer votre réseau de prospects, composé majoritairement de grands comptes.
* Gérer le processus commercial dans son intégralité (ciblage, prospection, identification des décideurs, présentation et propositions, négociation etc).
* Participer à la mise en place de la stratégie et actions commerciales sur votre portefeuille clients (ciblage, plan de prospection, veille marché, création d’insights …).
* Assurer le suivi de vos KPIs et de vos résultats.
* Entretien RH avec Soureya - visio de 30 minutes
* Entretien avec Emile, Directeur commercial - 60 minutes
* Entretien avec Khadija ou Philippe (direction) - 30 minutes
* Vous possédez au moins 3 ans d’expérience en développement commercial ou dans un poste similaire, idéalement au sein d’une agence.
* Vous êtes orienté.e résultat, aimez le contact client et avoir des objectifs clairs et ambitieux.
* Vous travaillez avec un véritable esprit entrepreneurial et créatif pour saisir les opportunités business et dépasser les objectifs de chiffre d’affaires et de marge brute.
* Vous excellez dans l’art de communiquer – aussi bien à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
* Une première expérience en management et/ou une affinité pour la fonction managériale serait considérée comme un vrai plus.
* Vous possédez des connaissances solides des techniques de prospection digitale et traditionnelles.
* Vous maîtrisez les outils CRM (nous utilisons Hubspot chez Ad4screen).
* Français courant exigé, anglais et/ou espagnol apprécié(s).
