About YouAs the Sales Manager - Europe, you will lead and develop a team of 5 Account Executives (AEs) across Europe and the Rest of World (ROW) territories. You will drive growth by fostering a high-performance culture, managing your own sales quota, and refining market-specific strategies to position our solutions effectively. This role combines leadership, strategy, and direct sales responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to impact our global expansion efforts.Responsibilities:Foster a high-performance, highly accountable sales culture to achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.Coach, manage, and develop Account Executives to identify and address skill gaps, providing ongoing training and support.Own and manage a personal sales quota while supporting AEs in strategic accounts and high-stakes negotiations.Proactively monitor the sales pipeline and forecasts, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.We’re looking for someone with:5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a sales leadership role, preferably in SaaS.Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and inspire sales teams to achieve high performance.Highly organized and data-driven, with experience managing sales pipelines and forecasts to align with company objectives.Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.At Leap Tools, you’ll have the opportunity to:Lead and shape our sales efforts in key global markets.About our cultureWe're a remote-first company that encourages our employees to work from where they're most productive.We cherish curiosity and an obsession for details because we know these details are invaluable over the long run.We value work-life balance by offering generous time off.Work anywhere in the world for up to 3 monthsWe value families, by offering a parental leave program.We offer a work-from-home stipend.Your birthday (and our company's birthday) is a day offStep 1: We arrange a video call with you to assess your abilities.
